It’s Primetime
Today, Janelle Monáe revealed the name of her new album Dirty Computer, after baiting its release last week. The project is set to release April 28 via her own label Wondaland Records.
In addition to revealing her album’s title, Monáe also premiered two visuals for singles from the album. “Make Me Feel” is reminiscent of Prince’s “Kiss” lightly topped with a kick of Michael Jackson’s “In the Closet“. While on “Django Jane” Janelle goes bar for bar listing her struggles and accomplishments. Check out the album artwork above and the videos below.
