After the long awaited arrival of the group FaceTime feature, Apple has run into its first major issue with the interface.
A sleezy hack allows perpetrators to unlawfully eavesdrop on your FaceTime call…WITHOUT YOU KNOWING.
In response to the hack Apple has temporarily disabled group FaceTime and plans on issuing an update later this week to allegedly remedy this problem. Do you want to test your hacking skills?
Test out the hack below:
Call someone on FaceTime and just before they answer swipe up and add your own phone number to the call. That’s it, FaceTime then assumes all parties are on the group FaceTime and you can hear the other person even if they don’t answer the call.
